The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, direction and controlling of the operation and administration of all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and financial results according to the company standards.
• Tourism Degree / Diploma
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Director within a 5* hotel
• Excellent command of English language; a second language (Russian, German or French) would be considered as an asset
• Capable to work under pressure, be proactive and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced luxury environment with customer-centric attitude
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
